DeeAnn Wright, PT/Clinical Director
As a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina and a practicing pediatric physical therapist of 30 years, DeeAnn Wright offers both practical knowledge and professional experience. She maintains that the most valuable tools in patient care are compassion and empowerment. It is her desire to help each of her patients achieve their fullest potential and reach their own personal goals. Believing in the power of a good support system, DeeAnn works to builds a team for each patient, comprised of consulting physicians, therapists, caregivers and other professionals to provide superior treatment and encouragement.
DeeAnn is heavily involved in the clinical rotations of several reputable universities and enjoys sharing her love of PT with other aspiring students. She continues to engage in her community, volunteering for various organizations and serving as a patient advocate, even outside of typical work hours. Those who know her best would attest to her sacrificial love of people and diligence in going above and beyond all expectation.
Outside of her professional career, DeeAnn is an active member of her church and an avid lover of family time. She enjoys spending time with her children and her grandson. In her free time, DeeAnn also likes to spend afternoons searching for treasures in thrift stores with her mother, traveling with her family to the mountains, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers.
Mitchell Outlaw, PT, DPT
After living all over the state of South Carolina, Mitchell is happy to call Greenville home. Mitchell graduated from the great University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2016 and from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. During her student rotations, she had the privilege to intern at The Care Center and was incredibly thankful when she was able to accept an opportunity to work with them following graduation. Mitchell has always known her heart is called to work with kids and watch them achieve little victories. When not working, Mitchell enjoys spending time with her husband William, her Heart Warrior Jessie, and their small dog, Bo Diddley. She loves reading, listening to podcasts, and cheering on the Gamecocks!
Liz Lampke, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC
Liz graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders in May 2016 from The University of Alabama and Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in December 2017 from Baylor University. She is a certified lactation counselor, certified in Beckman Oral Motor, and is trained in Modified Baby-Led Weaning and Passy Muir Valves for tracheostomies/vents. She joined the Care Center team in November 2018 following the completion of her clinical fellowship in pediatric home health. One of her favorite things about working at The Care Center is working alongside parents to help their children meet their goals. She loves creating lasting relationships with her patients and their families. In her free time, Liz enjoys running, and traveling.
Tricia Woodward, COTA/L
Tricia graduated in 2012 with an Associate of Applied Science from a local Occupational Therapy Assistant program. She joined the staff of The Care Center in April 2013, and has been here ever since, with the exception of a brief break. Tricia is an AEIOU feeding therapist, and is trained in Bal-A-Vis-X and aquatics. She married her husband, Jim, in 2015. They have two sons, Barron and Colin. Tricia and her family enjoy trips to the Greenville Zoo, TCMU, RMSC, the aquarium, parks, and hiking local trails! They love to travel and are on a mission to visit all of the U.S. National Parks! She loves crafts and is always looking for a creative outlet. Tricia's favorite part of being a COTA is developing relationships with her kiddos and families and making connections that last. She is so happy to be part of the TCC team.
Kelsey was born and raised in Easley, and was blessed to grow up around The Care Center. She has been working here since 2014. In her free time she enjoys reading and traveling, especially to the beach. Kelsey and her husband, Sam, reside in Dacusville.

Danielle Longfellow, OTR/L
Danielle Longfellow grew up in Greenville, SC, and after a short time away from the Upstate for graduate school, returned to join The Care Center in 2021. She graduated from Clemson University in 2016 with her Bachelors of Science and Augusta University in 2021 with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Danielle has training in aquatics and reflex integration. After spending several years in camp and classroom settings prior to graduate school, Danielle is inspired by the progress and breakthroughs seen in the pediatric population. Danielle loves spending time outside and hanging out with her husband and three dogs.
Taylor Cooper, MS, OTR/L
Taylor has been at The Care Center since July of 2019. She is from a small town called Britton’s Neck, SC. She graduated from Clemson University and got her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has been an occupational therapist for 6 years and is Interactive Metronome Certified and is trained in Bal-a-vis-x and aquatics. She is also an AEIOU Feeding Therapist. Her favorite part of working at The Care Center is seeing all the kids’ accomplishments week by week. Taylor is married to her husband, Coop. They have a little girl, Ellie and two dogs. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family whether it is playing outside, visiting her parent’s farm, going to athletic events (especially Clemson football), and visiting the beach/lake.
Becci Johnson, COTA/L
Becci graduated from Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC in 2006. She moved to Simpsonville after getting married in 2007. She joined the staff of The Care Center in December 2008, and has been here ever since, with the exception of a brief move to the Charleston area in 2010. Becci is certified in Interactive Metronome, and has training in aquatics. She married her husband, Brett, in 2007. They have 2 daughters, Stella and Olivia. When she is not busy trying to keep up with her girls, Becci can be found in Charlotte cheering on the Carolina Panthers with Brett during football season. She loves working at The Care Center and considers the staff family.
Allison Burgess, MSP, CCC-SLP
Allison joined The Care Center team in 2017. She was born and raised in South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Allison has a strong love for helping children and their families which drew her to the pediatric field. Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, gardening, and baking.
Joshlyn Martin, PT, DPT
Joshlyn was born and raised in Fountain Inn, SC. She graduated from Anderson University where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After obtaining these degrees, she joined the Care Center team in July of 2023. From a young age, she held a desire to work in healthcare and have the opportunity to serve her community. She quickly realized she was called to the pediatric population and loves being a small stepping stone towards them reaching their goals. In her spare time, she loves traveling, coaching softball, and cheering on the Gamecocks!
Shannon Barnett, MS, CCC-SLP
Shannon is a native of Greenville, SC. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Presbyterian College in 2005 and Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2007. She has been working in the field of pediatric speech-language pathology in the outpatient setting and came to work at The Care Center in August 2010. She has received training in PROMPT technique, TalkTools Oral Placement Therapy Training Level 1 with Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson, Aquatic Therapy, Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS), Food Chaining for feeding disorders, and is certified in Interactive Metronome. She loves to work with a variety of diagnoses and speech-language disorders. When not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her son, Everett. She loves traveling to the beach and to the lake and cheering on the Clemson Tigers!
Kelsey Robinson, Administrative Assistant
Haley Neal, PTA
Meet Haley Neal, a Greenville, SC native, with a passion for helping children in the medical field. Graduating from Winthrop University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, Haley’s journey towards making a difference began early on. Inspired by her own childhood surgery experience, she volunteered at Shriner’s Children’s Hospital in 2016, igniting her love for rehabilitation work.
In 2020, Haley earned her Associate in Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant, solidifying her commitment to pediatric care. Since March 2022, she has been an integral part of the Care Center team, where she continues to make a positive impact in the lives of her patients.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Haley cherishes spending quality time with her family in her spare moments. She enjoys being outside with her husband Cory, her daughter Adeline, and two dogs Oakley and Brady.
Traci Odom, Front Office Coordinator
Allison Morris, PTA
Born and raised in upstate South Carolina, Allison loves calling Greenville home. Allison graduated from EI School of Biblical Training in 2014 with an associate degree in Biblical Studies, and shortly after spent 11 months volunteering overseas with The World Race. Having worked in healthcare several years, Allison was led to physical therapy because of the opportunities to build close relationships with patients and equip them with the tools to live life to the fullest. She graduated from Greenville Technical College with her PTA license in 2021 and quickly realized that pediatrics is the best career in the world! In her spare time, Allison loves to read every book that she can, find deals at thrift stores, and spend lots of time with her eight nieces and nephews.
Traci graduated from Lander College with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She has worked in medical billing in various roles since graduating college. She joined The Care Center in 2019. She has enjoyed getting to know the kids and parents. It makes her day when the kids come into the office to talk, share a “salad" or "pizza” as part of their therapy. The children always make her smile. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, 3 sons, daughter in law, and dogs. Traci also enjoys traveling, football, and reading.
Valerie is a native of Easley and has been with The Care Center since it’s inception in 2000. She has been in Medical Business Management since 1996, primarily in pediatric therapy.
She has a son with special needs which is where her passion to work in this field began. Valerie volunteers at her church food bank, Awana program and nursery program. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Tommy, their son Jonathan and his wife Jessie, their son Houston, and especially, their 3 grandchildren, Jacob, Blakely and Luke. Valerie also enjoys reading and traveling, especially to the beach.
